On 27 November 2025, Whispli hosted its international user community in Paris for one of its two key yearly gatherings centred on ethics, compliance and the management of internal reports.

Delegates from large global companies spanning security, finance, industry, energy, retail and services attended the event for a day of exchanges, insights and collective problem solving.

At the iconic InterContinental Paris Le Grand, participants were able to discuss their methods, compare their structures and discover how fellow organisations navigate increasing challenges linked to transparency, risk management and investigations.

Inspiring Insights and a Committed Ecosystem

Sylvain Mansotte, Whispli’s CEO, launched the day by reaffirming how essential whistleblowing frameworks are to internal trust and sound governance. He stressed that in a regulatory landscape that continues to tighten, relying on a secure, adaptable and user-friendly platform has become a requirement rather than a differentiator.

The Product and Customer Success teams followed with an overview of Whispli’s major enhancements, demonstrating how the platform keeps strengthening to meet the operational needs of organisations.

The teams introduced several notable new features, including:

  • The SOC 2 Type II certification, confirming that Whispli meets the highest international standards for security and operational control
  • The new non-anonymous reporting module, designed to confidently manage declarations such as conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, and security incidents
  • The upcoming 2026 features, with a particular focus on AI capabilities designed to support investigation teams

Through these demonstrations, participants were able to understand how Whispli positions itself as a strategic solution for structuring a robust, high-performing and fully documented alert management system.

An Insightful Client Testimonial

A highlight of the morning was the case study shared by Verisure, the European leader in alarm monitoring. Sabrina Sturion, Group Ethics Officer, presented in detail how the company manages internal reports across 17 countries and 12 languages, and how Whispli fits into this global framework to:

  • optimise the intake and categorisation of alerts
  • ensure a coherent and impartial distribution of cases through automated workflows
  • structure the end-to-end investigation process
  • provide complete traceability, essential for governance and internal audits

Her contribution offered a very concrete look at how the platform is used in practice and the central role it plays in strengthening the maturity of Verisure’s compliance program.

An Expert Session on Internal Investigations

In the afternoon, participants attended an in-depth session led by international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. Christian Dargham and Rita Nader-Guéroult provided a detailed overview of best practices in:

  • conducting interviews
  • remediation and corrective measures
  • communication with stakeholders
  • evidence management
  • and the legal risks associated with internal investigations

This highly educational and interactive session gave participants concrete guidance to strengthen their practices and anticipate regulatory expectations, particularly within the European and French frameworks.

A Community Built on Integrity

Beyond the technical updates and legal deep-dives, the true value of the Paris gathering was the unique sense of community. It is clear that the modern compliance officer is no longer working in a silo; they are part of a dedicated professional network deeply invested in building ethical cultures.

As we move into 2026, the challenges of alert management will only grow more complex. However, with SOC 2 Type II security, expanded non-anonymous modules, and the upcoming AI investigation tools, Whispli is ensuring that its community has the resources to meet those challenges head-on.

The engagement seen in Paris reflects a future where transparency isn't just a policy—it’s the foundation of every successful global organisation.
