Harriet is a leading authority on workplace investigations in Australia. She holds post graduate qualifications in psychology and education and is an expert practitioner and investigator dealing with whistle-blowers, bullying, discrimination and sexual harassment complaints for corporate, NFP and government clients. Harriet was formerly a police officer and academic and in 2013 she published an award-winning book titled “Investigative Interviewing: A guidebook for workplace investigators” based on her research in the area. Prior to Covid, Harriet regularly presented at national and international conferences on investigations related topics and in 2020 launched MyKludo a marketplace designed to better meet the needs of clients seeking investigation services.
Charles has over 10+years’ of experience in the technology and SaaS sector. Witnessing the rapid change in technologies around us, he has advised many clients on how to best leverage & implement SaaS technology to improve existing processes and challenge the status quo. He recently joined Whispli and has been working closely with clients to successfully leverage Whispli to foster a speak-up culture and effectively identify risks related to misconduct.
